A native of Killington, Vermont, Paul gained valuable experience in marketing and sales during his 17 year career as a sales and marketing manager. He began his career in real estate with the largest firm in Orange County, CA, where he and his wife, Alisha, were top performing agents. He also gained international real estate experience while involved in marketing a billion dollar Bahamian island.

Paul and Alisha relocated to Park City in 2004 for a better quality of life. Paul has been in the top 10 each of the last 5 years for real estate sales volume, selling hundreds of properties in the Park City area. He was ranked #3 by the Park City Board of Realtors® for 3 years and was #1 in 2011.

Paul has also been the top selling agent for many of the new hotel and condominium developments in the Park City area. His track record has brought numerous real estate investors to seek his services. Paul was successful in negotiating the purchase of 5,000 acres at the Canyons Ski Resort in 2011 and has sold several other investment properties in the heart of Park City. He and his team carry a large inventory of listings, including $30,000,000 and $50,000,000 properties. The Benson Team has sold over $500,000,000 in volume and has over 600 closed transactions.
