Golfing in St. George

As a result, some of the best courses in the southwestern US can be found here. In proportion to its population, the St. George area offers more golf than any other place in Utah. This sun-drenched oasis offers 13 challenging courses with inspiring vistas, warm year-round temperatures and some of the finest course designs in the Sunbelt. For example, Golf Digest recently ranked The Ledges Golf Course at number 5 for best new public golf courses with green fees of $75 and above. The St. George courses are all unique, set against red canyon walls and black lava rock. Many have outstanding views of red rock desert country; some offer views that extend over towards Zion National Park.
Living in Bloomington Hills

In the early 80's, Bloomington was considered "the place to be" by residents. Bloomington Hills was considered more of an affordable second choice option. Now, Bloomington Hills is a beautiful, equally desirable neighborhood.
Living in Santa Clara

Carved out of the desert by faithful pioneers and built into the "garden spot" of Washington County, it serves as a respite for both visitors and residents. Tall sycamores line the main street shading humble pioneer structures, brick bungalows and ranch-style homes.
Living in Diamond Valley

As you exit Diamond Valley, and begin driving back towards St. George, you are able to see into Snow Canyon. It’s a spectacular site, and a clear advantage to living here. Diamond Valley offers larger parcels of land, which is a bit difficult to find in the heart of St. George. One or more acres is typical for parcels in Diamond Valley. Horses are allowed in this subdivision and many off road enthusiasts also call it "paradise".
Living in Hurricane

A charming community which still offers country-like living. It is the home of Coral Canyon Golf Course and community and Sky Mountain Golf Course as well as a growing industrial park. The population is now more than 12,000. Recreational opportunities at Sand Hollow Reservoir and the Washington County Equestrian Park and Fairgrounds highlight this growing community.
Living in Washington

The city was established in 1857 by Mormon pioneers whose mission was to raise cotton along Mill Creek. The historic, Cotton Mill, still stands and is currently the home of Star Nursery. The city was named in honor of President George Washington.

Living in Bloomington

The area was formerly known as the Town of Atkinville, however in the 1960's, due to the town's inability to incorporate itself, it became part of St George. The neighborhood is built in a circular pattern, which surrounds the beautiful Bloomington Country Club Golf Course.
