Summit Sotheby’s International Realty raises $5,700 for Tools for Schools

Summit Sotheby’s Internatioanl Realty is proud to partner with Z104 Utah’s #1 Country for the 2018 Tools for Schools fundraiser at the South Town Mall in Sandy, Utah.

Thanks to our Summit Sotheby’s International Realty sales associates for their donations and contributions to #ToolsForSchools. Our company matched their contributions and now $5700 will be used to buy a lot of socks, underwear, and food for students in need!

We are thankul for our sales associates in attendance Paul Wiseman, Adam Kirkham, Jesse Splan, Camille Nickel, Wes Brewer and Ryan Kirkham.

2018 Sotheby’s Cares Presentation: Park City

Our passion for real estate is only matched by our passion for our community. At the close of every escrow, our sales associates and our firm voluntarily donate a portion of earnings to a 501(c)(3) that we call Summit Sotheby’s Cares. Through this program, the team at Summit Sotheby’s International Realty is able to participate in giving back to the Park City, Salt Lake, and Southern Utah communities in which we live. This past month, 43 non-profits were presented with donations at our annual Park City Summit Sotheby’s Cares presentation. With donations since 2010 at $630,000 and counting, this program is not about real estate, it is about gratitude and social responsibility.

Summit Sotheby’s International Realty is excited to announce the release of their 18th edition of Collections Magazine. For this Winter edition, Summit Sotheby’s International Realty’s in-house marketing team produced hand painted Utah area maps, an architecturally charged fashion editorial, and a breathtaking cover that seamlessly combined Utah’s diverse backdrops.

Collections Magazine epitomizes the passion, professionalism, and integrity of Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, its sales associates, marketing department, transaction management team, and office staff. Each of the 132 pages have been painstakingly designed with innovation and unprecedented exposure in mind.

Continuing the theme of offering clients a level of unprecedented exposure, Summit Sotheby’s International Realty has partnered with Salt Lake Magazine, Utah Style and Design Magazine, Zion’s Bank Community Magazine, The St. George Spectrum, and The Salt Lake Tribune to deliver over 77,000 Collections Magazines directly to subscribers. These strategic partnerships are in addition to the over 265 distribution locations where Collections Magazine is on display and available for pickup.

“Collections Magazine is a pictorial illustration of what we do at Summit Sotheby’s International Realty. To have a magazine that encapsulates our creativity, our passion, and the amazing properties we represent is really exciting,” said Thomas Wright, President and Principal Broker of Summit Sotheby’s International Realty. “With Collections Magazine you know that everyone in the state of Utah, is going to see the publication, and more importantly, experience how committed we are to quality and the homes that we represent.”

Collections Magazine has seen extensive growth and transformation since its inception in 2009. This growth is due in part to the brokerage’s definition of luxury: luxury represents high quality service, knowledge, and experience that every client receives regardless of area or price point. This definition is certainly reflected throughout the pages of Collections Magazine, proudly displaying the brokerage’s active listings from all across the state and at all price points.

“Our sales associates provide their clients such a high level of service. Because of their efforts the Summit Sotheby’s International Realty brand continues to expand throughout the state,” said Joe Averett, Vice President of Digital Marketing. “I’ve seen the magazine grow from 20,000 copies to over 115,000 copies and our page count increase from 24 pages to 132 pages. Sotheby’s International Realty beats Zillow and Realtor.com to 3-D

Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC announced recently that its global website, sothebysrealty.com, now supports 3D Tours on its property detail pages allowing real estate consumers the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in homes listed by the Sotheby’s International Realty® brand. The 3D Tours will also feature a Virtual Reality Tour (VR) experience that can be viewed through a compatible device such as an Android phone or VR headset.

The 3D and VR Tours are produced by strategically placing specialized cameras throughout a home to create a result that transforms the traditional way people view homes online. The 3D and VR Tours add an additional layer of content to the existing property detail pages on sothebysrealty.com which also provide a written description, high-resolution photographs and high-definition videos.  At launch, the Sotheby’s International Realty brand will have 3D Tours available on over 1,000 properties that are viewable on desktop, tablet or smartphone.

“Introducing 3D and VR Tours on sothebysrealty.com is just another example of how we are keeping the Sotheby’s International Realty brand on the cutting edge while creating an immersive experience for consumers,” said John Passerini, global vice president, interactive marketing at Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC.  “Distance can present a challenge when looking to buy a home and virtual reality has provided a provocative solution. This technology is allowing buyers to purchase homes without having to physically travel to view them, which is especially relevant to the global clientele we serve.”

The sothebysrealty.com site experienced 16 million user sessions in Q1-Q3 of 2016, a 60% increase year-over-year. Property detail pages on the brand site support Matterport, a past winner of the 2014 Realogy FWD innovation summit, and additional compatible 3D Tours.

In coordination with this announcement, Sotheby’s International Realty is also a real estate launch partner for Matterport’s CoreVR release— the largest collection of virtual reality content across multiple disciplines.  With the adoption of CoreVR, Sotheby’s International Realty will be able to offer both a 3D and VR experience.  Additionally, Sotheby’s International Realty property listings on Mansion Global, the digital luxury real estate destination from Dow Jones, will also be equipped with the 3D Tour feature.
