Margie started in Real Estate at the age of 21. She specialized from 2002 to 2009 in new home construction, working with retirees and baby boomers. She earned her Real Estate Broker’s license in 2006 and was the Principal Broker of 13 agents in a new community of over 2,000 homes. She returned to University to finish a Bachelor Degree in Business and Communication and was then recruited to manage a Re/Max office. She oversaw a 9,000 square foot build-out, and grew the company from 17 to 32 agents, while still actively selling real estate. She then decided to exclusively work with buyers and sellers to provide the finest level of service. Her greatest source of business is referral from past clients. Margie has served on the Washington County Board of Realtors Programs and Socials committee, she also holds the Certified Distressed Property Expert and Certified New Home Sales designations. The first-class value she provides for clients is surrounding herself with highly qualified individuals to complement her team and service offerings. She actively networks with the top 1% of Realtors in the U.S. and Canada, through the Tom Ferry Real Estate Coaching Organization. She is an avid biker, enjoying both road and mountain biking. She has traveled extensively and prides herself on her thirst for adventure. Margie especially loves sharing the southern Utah lifestyle, with all the adventure it offers, with her family, friends and clients.
