Real Estate Professional
Draper, Utah United States
Living most of his life in Salt Lake City, Chad Austin has witnessed and been part of the growth that the Salt Lake valley has gone through from the 1980’s on. Watching real estate development as a young kid, his Mom would always take him to open houses on weekends. It was always fascinating to look at different types of design and architecture for him. As an adult, it has been exciting for him to watch the progress of real estate, not only with architecture, but also how technology has integrated into it.
Before getting into real estate, Chad had an outstanding career as a hair stylist, teaching all over the country for Paul Mitchell and working in Salt Lake City and a top salon in Beverly Hills, California. “What is most intriguing to me between hair and real estate is the architecture between the two, you build a haircut from the ground up, just like you would a home! Walking through a property, I’m constantly looking at lines of the walls, floor, ceiling and how everything flows together.” Using the creativity from his previous profession allows him to have fun and be creative in putting a deal together for his clients. “It is always good to look at the entire deal and then focus down into the crucial details, that make everything a winning combination.”
In his real estate career, Chad has been able to connect his clients with what their needs and desires are, all while providing amazing service to them.
Meeting with sellers and buyers throughout the Salt Lake valley has been a privilege for him. He loves to think outside the box and use different marketing skills for each property to help make it a win/win situation for everyone involved. Chad also teams up with his Mom, Diana. Between the two of them, they make a unbeatable team. Both bringing different skill sets to the table, benefiting clients.
When not working with clients in his downtime, Chad loves to hit the gym, practice yoga, watch football, travel and explore the world of food. He prides himself on building relationships and creating an experience with everyone involved.
“It really is great when you can assist people in creating, exploring and defining their own version of luxury.”
