A Midway and Salt Lake City resident for 11 of the last 13 years, Brendan has lived and worked in numerous communities in the area, including Park City, giving him a well-rounded, first-hand knowledge of a variety of neighborhoods. After moving to Utah from Rochester, New York in 2008 to pursue a professional skiing career, Brendan moved away briefly to Bend, Oregon in 2017, where he began his real estate career. After two years residing and selling real estate in Central Oregon, the draw of the Wasatch mountains that first pulled Brendan towards the West was too great to resist, and he returned to Utah to set down roots.
Upon returning to Utah in the Fall of 2019, Brendan joined Summit Sotheby’s International Realty and partnered up with Christine Grenney, one of Summit Sotheby’s and Park City’s top agents. Using his previous career experience in customer service and professional ski coaching, Brendan has created a successful career in real estate, where he prides himself on an exceptionally strong work ethic that consistently results in exceeding client expectations. He uses market statistics and transactional knowledge to walk clients smoothly through every step of the buying and selling process, bringing a sense of calm and confidence to every part of the transaction. When he isn’t in the office or showing properties, Brendan can be found exploring all corners of the Wasatch mountains. From seeking out fresh turns in the Greatest Snow on Earth, to hunting wild trout in the foothills of the Uinta mountains, or riding mountain bikes among the Aspen groves, Brendan loves to share his passion for all of Utah’s outdoor recreation and is happy to help clients find a home that suits their specific recreational needs. Whether it’s a luxury ski-in ski-out home in Deer Valley, or a modest cabin with acreage that backs to national forest land, Brendan makes every client feel like they are the top priority, regardless of their budget.
