Chris moved to Park City in 1995, and that same year began investing in Park City properties. Chris' personal Park City real estate portfolio has included home sites in golf course communities, condominiums, and a custom home.

Before entering the real estate profession, Chris spent over 15 years in Senior Management roles for Fortune 500 companies, negotiating and administering global and regional contracts with some of the world's largest companies. In those roles she also negotiated commercial real estate contracts. Chris was known for her effective negotiation and costing skills, as well as her leadership in expecting integrity, striving for excellence, and assuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations...all qualities she brings to her real estate clients. Buying or selling property is serious business, and Chris provides clients representation backed by a serious business background, a Master's degree in Business Administration, and multiple professional certifications, making her unique among her competition.
