Dave Rangasan

Dave grew up in Hawaii and learned at an early age the value of hard work. Having spent his childhood summers working alongside his grandfather in the coffee and macadamia nut plantation, Dave soon realized his parents had the same work ethics, which carries on with him to this day.

Dave has been a Utah resident since 1991, married to Janelle and has 3 adult children. Prior to moving to Utah, Dave lived in Los Angeles, California where he learned and hone his customer service and managerial skills in the Airline Industry.

After assisting hundreds of families realize their dream of home ownership, Dave understands for every interaction comes trust and integrity. His mission is to provide added value for every person he works with, whether buying, selling or investing in a home.
