Thomas Wright owns and serves as President and Principal Broker of Summit Sotheby’s International Realty. Since stepping in as the managing partner in 2008, the company has become the top brokerage in the prestigious Park City resort community and the leading residential real estate brokerage in the state of Utah. Together, with his business partner, Thomas also owns and operates Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty in Lake Tahoe and Reno, Nevada; Las Vegas Sotheby’s International Realty; Sun Valley Sotheby's International Realty; Desert SIR in Palm Springs; and LIV Sotheby’s International Realty in Colorado. The combined companies represent the largest Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate in the world, by dollar volume. In 2021, the combined companies closed $15 billion in transaction volume.

A civically-minded person, Thomas is proud to serve in a number of different capacities with several key organizations – Utah State Board of Regents, Dixie State University Board of Trustees, United Way of Utah, Co-chair of the Utah Debate Commission, World Trade Center of Utah, Chairman of the Utah Republican Party and Republican National Committee where he served as vice chair. He currently sits on the Board of Trustees of the Utah Symphony & Utah Opera and has become a vocal advocate for solving the affordable housing crisis in Utah.

With all his commitments, Thomas considers the most important to be his family. He currently resides in Salt Lake City with his wife, Caroline, and their four children. Thomas also enjoys golfing, fishing, volunteering in his local community, and the more recent adventure of running for Governor in the State of Utah in 2020 during a global pandemic.

Shane joined Summit Sotheby’s International Realty in 2017 as General Counsel for its agents and brokers, contributing his over 20 years of insight and experience on legal matters related to real estate transactions. With his prior role as Coldwell Banker/NRT’s Litigation Counsel as well as the General Counsel and President for a Utah title insurance company, Summit considers Shane’s move to join their leadership team a significant advantage in its ever-growing presence as one of the top luxury real estate companies in Utah.

Raised in Las Vegas where he obtained an undergraduate degree at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, it wasn’t until he moved to Utah to attend the University of Utah, SJ Quinney College of Law, that he decided to establish roots. With a legal degree in hand, Shane went on to practice insurance defense and real estate litigation in the state of Utah. A penchant for teaching and self-inflicted academic rigors, Shane became a certified continuing education instructor with the Division of Real Estate. He now instructs on current legal issues relevant to the real estate licensee, in addition to offering continuing legal education classes specializing in real estate challenges. Shane also contributes his legal knowledge to the greater community, chairing both the Park City and Utah Association of Realtors (UAR) forms committees.

Legal matters and contributions aside, Shane’s favorite part of his General Counsel duties is building relationships and camaraderie with the real estate agents he serves, proving he does like to have fun outside of his work. Sports fandom is a necessary diversion from the serious day-to-day tasks and weighty advice. His fellow comrades have almost convinced Shane to branch out and become a fan of potentially more exciting sports (SEC football). It is rumored that he’s seen Guns n’ Roses in concert four times. Shane also has a family who helps balance his serious work with healthy doses of humor and adventure.

As the Executive Vice President for Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, Bridgette is responsible for much of the inner workings and processes that keep the organization running smoothly. Her business sense and instinctual drive have been instrumental in the tremendous success and recognition the brokerage has achieved under its current leadership.

Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Bridgette’s interest in real estate began very early on. She witnessed her father enjoying a long and distinguished career as a successful businessman developing properties across Utah. In her high school years, Bridgette was brought into the fold, managing various aspects of the family business. During this period, Bridgette remembers developing a sense of independence and an understanding of her strengths, including a strong instinctual business sense. Immediately after her college years, Bridgette moved to Arizona and began carving out a career in commercial real estate. She then moved back to Utah and became a licensed REALTOR®. With Bridgette’s experience in a variety of different real estate settings, in addition to those early, foundational years in her father’s business, she joined Summit in 2010 and was able to work her way up the ranks, moving quickly from an office administrator to becoming its Executive Vice President.

Bridgette has added tremendous value to Summit’s bottom line, assisting the company in achieving a coveted place in the ranks of prominent real estate companies nationwide. Her stealthy management efforts helped Summit climb from an already healthy sales volume of 135 Million to an astounding 2 Billion per year. From St. George to Salt Lake City and several Park City offices in between, Bridgette’s direct involvement in staff and agent recruitment as well as managing the processes that support their growth and development, have been instrumental in Summit’s expansion across the region.

Bridgette resides with her two children and husband in the city of Midway, in Utah’s growing Wasatch Back region, where they have lived since 2013. She relaxes from her busy work schedule by spending time working on home improvement projects and getting as much camping trips and outdoor activities in with her family as time allows. Bridgette also loves taking her family on visits to the warmer weather of Arizona where her parents have now settled.

One of several outstanding members that make up Summit Sotheby’s International Realty’s leadership team, Sharon Garfield holds the distinction as being one of the company’s first employees. Recognized for her fierce work ethic and an earnest commitment during the company’s early years, she quickly moved on to the role of Vice President of Accounting and Business Administration. Her loyalty, dependably and outstanding performance has earned her the trust of many.

Sharon’s start in real estate began at the age of 16. Graduating early, she immediately began working for a team of four top-producing real estate agents. Shen then moved through several integral roles within the industry, from listing and transaction coordinator to accounting manager, gaining the insight and knowledge that has helped her to skillfully and successfully manage the company’s accounting and business requirements. Sharon’s early years likely helped hone the traits that have served her well in her career, having been raised on a ranch in Lost Creek, Utah where the value of hard work was instilled in her from a very early age. Helping on the farm, riding horses, and racing dirt bikes gave her a sense of what it takes to succeed both personally and professionally, and making a difference in her world.

In addition to all the day-to-day accounting and decision-making, Sharon also manages the company’s philanthropic arm, Sotheby's Cares, a program set up to support the interests of many at Summit Sotheby’s International Realty who’d like to give back to the community that has served them well. Sharon takes tremendous pride in working for a company that holds the same values that she does, and she appreciates the brand's innovation, its fast-paced culture, and the brand recognition. Working alongside leaders who value loyalty, attention to detail, and striving for excellence in all that they do makes coming to work every day a pleasure.

Sharon currently resides in Coalville with her husband, Scott, and their two daughters, Kennedy and Everly. When she’s not at the office, Sharon loves to head outdoors with her family, hiking, biking, and traveling as well as hanging out with her community, taking part in many of the activities around town. Her biggest joy is cheering on her daughters at their basketball games and gymnastic competitions.

Kim was born and raised in Utah and has spent the last 15 years acquiring experience in real estate, business management, accounting, and small business start-ups. After studying Accounting at LDS Business College and Weber State University, Kim partnered with an investor to build a gas station/convenience store that they owned and operated before selling to a major chain in 2006. Having been in the industry for several years, Kim was recruited to fill the role of Operations Manager for a fuel equipment construction company. Here she took the company from $300,000 in gross sales to $3.1 million in just three years. After receiving her real estate license in 2007, she jumped at the opportunity to manage the liquidation of a local credit union's real estate portfolio. In 16 months her team was able to complete over 140 short sale and bank owned transactions. Kim has extensive executive experience managing operations and accounting for rapidly growing companies across Utah. She is analytical, motivated and loves taking on a new challenge. Her exposure to various business cultures and widely diverse industries has given her a unique blend of professional expertise. Beginning her journey in Atlanta Georgia, Tiffany is a product of her never ending passion toward all things creative. Growing up surrounded by powerful mentors from the likes of Coca-Cola, The Home Depot, Bank of America and Ogiivy and Mather, it didn’t take long for Tiffany to start negotiating her own contracts and putting her creative touches on projects for brands worldwide.


After graduating from The University of Georgia, where she proudly served the Dawgs as a cheerleader, Tiffany immediately dove into selling and managing marketing solutions that included
commercial print, point of sale, fixtures, distribution services and video production to a global list of clientele including: The Home Depot, Under Armour, Shaw Industries and Lowes. Seeing a gap and need in the creative services industry, Tiffany packed her bags and headed to California and built her own niche agency where her work ethic and creativity afforded opportunities to travel and work internationally.


Upon returning to Los Angeles after working in Beijing’s fashion industry, Tiffany knew that it was time to fulfill a life-long dream of living near ski resorts. Sensing that Park City was the perfect combination of professional opportunity with mountain living, she once again packed her bags, this time, headed to the snow. In the summer of 2013 she became the of Director of Marketing for Park City Television, where she would spend the next two and a half years repositioning the resort market station for sale, managing everything from social media strategy to web development, show and commercial production to Sundance Film Festival content logistics. Tiffany’s innovation and creative direction brought multiple UBEE, Emmy and Telly Awards home to Park City Television. Her skill, leadership and creativity caught the eye of Summit Sotheby’s International Realty after producing an award-winning commercial campaign in the Winter of 2015/2016.


In the spring of 2016, Tiffany joined the Summit Sotheby’s International Realty team, bringing her creative talents to Utah’s
vanguard real estate firm. Since that time, Tiffany has built an in-house advertising and creative agency from the ground up, recruiting, hiring and managing photographers, videographers, graphic designers, copy writers, ad buyers, producers and beyond.


Tiffany’s teams have received global recognition winning Luxury Real Estate Awards for best overall marketing, best print marketing and best video production. Additionally, the team’s advertising campaigns and presentations have competed against those from top advertising agencies in the world, gaining awards of excellence by the American Marketing Association, Utah Business and the Printing and Imaging Association. Her goal has always been simple: continually position the Summit Sotheby’s International Realty brand to a global audience through innovation, hard work and passion –– and in the process redefine the real estate industry.

A south Florida native, Melissa grew up visiting job sites gaining an eye for design from her father, a commercial architect. It was these early memories watching firsthand the process of design and construction that led her into the real estate industry. Melissa began her own real estate career in 2005 after graduating from Cornell University with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration. Moving to Las Vegas to take a position in New Home Sales with Pulte Homes, Melissa gained valuable experience selling high volumes of real estate, from marketing and building relationships to understanding financing and negotiating on behalf of her company.

Within her first year as an agent, she was a Top Performer at Pulte Homes selling approximately 200 homes over the course of five years. In 2009, Melissa relocated to Park City, joining Ivory Homes, Utah’s number one homebuilder, and sold properties in Summit, Salt Lake and the Utah county areas. Working alongside architects and designers, Melissa gained valuable experience working with her clients to customize and design their homes. She then began representing buyers and sellers in the resale market all over the Park City area. From primary family home purchases and vacation properties to representing sellers on luxury contemporary listings, Melissa has experience across all aspects of the real estate industry.

After joining Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, Melissa’s expertise in new construction led her to represent Holmes Homes developments in the up-and-coming picturesque Jordanelle area of Utah. Quickly recognized for her abilities in understanding high-end markets, new developments, and the hospitality component so common in the resort market, Melissa was promoted to Vice President of Builder and Development Services at Summit Sotheby’s.

In her current role, Melissa helps oversee the developments represented by Summit Sotheby’s within the areas of Park City, Greater Salt Lake and St. George Markets, ensuring outstanding service while achieving developers’ goals. Working alongside Summit Sotheby’s executive team, Melissa’s wide range of responsibilities include assisting developers to identify the best design and product for their locations, preparing budgets, forecasting, devising pricing strategies, creating the overall marketing plans, managing their launching, creating budgets, and identifying senior sales teams to represent Summit Sotheby’s developments. With more than 20 years of experience selling Salt Lake City real estate, Ryan Kirkham is an expert in helping buyers and sellers navigate the intricacies of the real estate transaction. He manages the Salt Lake Summit Sotheby's office and specializes in single-family homes and investment properties. Prior to this position, Ryan acted as managing broker of Kirkham Real Estate, a family business he founded with his parents in 1995 that merged with Summit Sotheby's International Realty in 2015.

Clients value Ryan's knowledge and unique skill-set. He holds a finance degree from the University of Utah, helps create the contracts used in Utah real estate transactions, and serves as an expert witness in legal cases. He is a licensed instructor and teaches continuing education classes to Utah real estate agents. Ryan holds the real estate designations of Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate REALTOR® Institute, e-Pro, and Short Sale Specialist - certifications that demonstrate his sales success and expertise.

Ryan's peers have recognized him for his excellence. He has earned several Hall of Fame awards from the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS®. Additionally, the Board named him 2014 REALTOR® of the Year and he received the 2015 President's Award among a membership of nearly 7,000 REALTORS®.

In 2015, Ryan had the rare opportunity to serve as president of the Utah Association of REALTORS®, a 13,000-member organization dedicated to professionalism in the real estate industry. Prior to that, he served as president of the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS®. Ryan has also held positions on the board of directors of the National Association of REALTORS® and UtahRealEstate.com. Together, these positions give Ryan unique insight into real estate trends locally and nationally.

In addition to his professional achievements, Ryan is a fan of University of Utah sports. As a student, he managed the men's basketball team for legendary coach Rick Majerus. Ryan currently serves on the board of directors for the Crimson Club Athletic Fund at the University of Utah and previously participated on the Young Alumni Board.

Ryan resides in Salt Lake City with his wife, Jodi, and their seven children. He enjoys running and has completed several marathons and triathlons. He loves to travel and spend time with his family. His greatest joy comes from attending their many dance, music, and sporting events.

Adam Kirkham was born and raised in Utah, attended Olympus High school and the University of Utah. He graduated from the U with an aspiration of becoming a dentist. However, while in school Adam worked at Kirkham and Friends, the family owned boutique company started by his mother Carolyn Kirkham. Adam started as a sign post installer for his family and held every job possible at Kirkham and Friends including photographer, self learned web designer, marketing coordinator, and anything he could do to help grow the family company.

In 2005, Adam took the next step and obtained his real estate license. He immediately fell in love with the real estate industry helping to grow Kirkham Real Estate into one of the premiere boutique offices in Salt Lake City.

In 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 Adam earned the prestigious Hall of Fame award from the Salt Lake Board for his achievement as one of the industry's top sales agents. The award is only given to a few dozen realtors in his marketplace.

Adam currently serves on the Salt Lake Board of Realtors as 2nd Vice President and keeps a close eye on the industry and private home ownership rights.

A native to Utah, DeAnna has seen tremendous growth and change in our beautiful state. “My roots are deep in Utah from my grandfather working in the mines in Park City, growing up camping in our mountains to currently seeing Utah be one of the most desirable places to do business, work and live.”

DeAnna started her Real Estate career in 1997 with Chapman Richards & Associates. She then opened Distinctive Properties in 2001 with her family where they prided themselves on delivering Nordstrom service to every client. They specialized in new construction, relocation, existing homes and investment properties. 

During that time DeAnna became heavily involved in the Real Estate industry by serving as 2010 Women’s Council of Realtors President. Then serving as President for the Salt Lake Board of Realtors in 2011 and as Utah Association of Realtors President in 2017. 

After owning and operating her family brokerage she moved into a new role of Sales Manager for Coldwell Banker and eventually became the Broker for Coldwell Banker’s Salt Lake office. 

Recently, DeAnna has taken on the exciting role of managing broker for a new Summit Sotheby’s International Realty office in Draper that will be opening in fall of 2018. Along with her deep fondness of Utah, in which she was born and raised, Lindsay has an instinctive pulse on the local real estate market. This unique combination gives Lindsay’s Clients a tremendous advantage, whether they’re selling or purchasing a home, or investing in properties in the region.

As a luxury real estate professional for Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, Lindsay has achieved tremendous success, selling over 200 homes in just four years. This led her to being recognized as a top producing agent in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020, along with receiving multiple sales awards including Sales Team of the Year for the state of Utah. Much of Lindsay’s success can be attributed to her experience right out of high school, assisting in rehabilitating depressed properties and transforming them into lucrative rental properties. Walking through a fair share of open houses during those years, Lindsay developed a keen eye for envisioning a property’s potential and the remodeling work necessary to get there. She loves exploring the different types of architecture around Utah and focusing on certain design aspects to bring a property to life and make it attractive to the market.

Lindsay’s desire to be the best at what she does, and as she describes, “a force to be reckoned with in the industry”, has led her to continually develop her skills and expertise. She holds a designation of Certified Negotiation Expert and Managing Broker. When Lindsay is not attending to the work of real estate and taking care of her clients, she loves spending time with her husband, Travis, and their two dogs, James and Lily. Whether it’s watching movies at home or enjoying weekends camping in Southern Utah, Lindsay finds just the right balance between her work and her personal life.
