Our Salt Lake Office Annual Pie Day

Thanksgiving is a time for sharing, reflecting, thanking, and of course, giving. We at Summit Sotheby’s International Realty are much more than a real estate company, we’re about family and commitment to our community.

“Pie it Forward” was an opportunity for sales associates of Summit Sotheby’s International Realty to say thank you and to help those in need in the process. Clients from all over the state came by our Salt Lake office yesterday to receive a warm Thanksgiving pie to share with their families. Our gracious clients arrived with pounds and pounds of food in tow, helping us give back to the communities that are so vital to what we do.

Summit Sotheby’s Cares Year-To-Date Total

So far year-to-date, Summit Sotheby’s Cares has collected a total of $148,094 and has supported over 40 non-profits in 2017! Watch for our upcoming newsletters in 2018 which will highlight the previous year’s grand total and our “Days of Giving” ceremony where we distribute our collected funds to local non-profits at our company’s sales meetings.

The New Affluent Consumer

Sotheby’s International Realty is always on the cutting edge of both real estate and lifestyle. What enables us to be forerunners, is our understanding of the market, in the past, current and future. In a recent initative, Sotheby’s International Realty has studied the evolving values of various generations and what drives these aspirational audiences. In the study entitled, “The New Affluent”, we’ve identified key changes from the baby boomers to millenials. Real estate brokerages must understand the changes of behaviors, motivations and values of the modern affluent or risk losing relevance. It is our mission to identify new and authentic ways to connect with the “New Affluent”.

Pope Francis To Auction Off His Lamborghini With RM Sotheby’s

Lamborghini has presented Pope Francis with a very special Huracan Lamborghini that was created especially for His Holiness. Pope Francis will be auctioning the Lamborghini supercar off through RM Sotheby’s on May 12, 2018. Proceeds from the auctions will be given to the Pontifical Foundation “Aid to the Church in Need”, the Pope John XXIII Community, GICAM and “Friends of Central Africa”.

In recent years, automobile collecting has matured to an exercise in connoisseurship on par with the collection of fine art—a pursuit much older than the invention of the automobile. Intercap Lending Mortgage Update

Santa came early… Conforming loan limits have increased for 2018! Last year, the Federal Housing Finance Agency increased the maximum conforming loan limits for mortgages to be acquired by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for the first time since the housing crisis. And now, the FHFA is doing it again.
