Sotheby’s International Realty recently reported that in 2017 their global network achieved approximately $108 billion in global sales volume, the highest annual sales volume performance in the history of the brand. The Sotheby’s International Realty brand website, sothebysrealty.com, saw another record year with nearly 27 million visits, a 25% increase year-over-year, with 60% of visitors coming from outside the United States and 17.5% of traffic being from new users.
Summit Sotheby’s Cares Presentation – Salt Lake Office
Our passion for real estate is only matched by our passion for our community. At the close of every escrow, our sales associates and our firm voluntarily donate a portion of earnings to a 501(c)(3) that we call Summit Sotheby’s Cares. Through this program, our Salt Lake sales associates are able to participate in giving back to the Salt Lake community in which we live. This past month, 14 non-profits were presented with donations at our annual Salt Lake Summit Sotheby’s Cares presentation. With donations since 2010 at $630,000 and counting, this program is not about real estate, it is about gratitude and social responsibility.

Did you know? With rates on the rise, many buyers aren’t sure if they can afford to purchase a new home. However, you may be surprised to learn that 1/8 of a percent (.125%) in interest rate only changes your mortgage payment by roughly $7.65 per $100,000 financed.
