The Goldener Hirsch Inn is nestled in the heart of Deer Valley Resort’s Silver Lake Village and is one of Park City’s premier small luxury hotels. This European-style mountainside lodge, named for the Hotel Goldener Hirsch in Salzburg, Austria, has just 20 rooms allowing it to offer intimate, personalized services alongside five star amenities.

The unique, boutique Goldener Hirsch Inn is the only family-owned luxury hotel in Deer Valley Resort. Since 1992 it has been owned and operated by the philanthropic Eccles family whose roots date back to the late 1800’s and who have been part of the development of Utah and skiing since then.

As the first of its kind in over a decade for Silver Lake Village at Deer Valley, a new real estate opportunity is about to be unveiled. Located on the last remaining parcel in Silver Lake Village, the Goldener Hirsch Residences features an Olson Kundig design of a mountain modern ski lodge with thirty-nine luxury condominiums, from studios to three bedroom plans. A bridge plaza will connect the new Residences to the iconic Goldener Hirsch Inn. TAL-Studio has been selected as the interior design firm for the Goldener Hirsch. The founder of TAL-Studio, Todd-Avery Lenahan is regarded as one of the hospitality design industry’s most progressive thought leaders with a unique breadth and depth in the hospitality consulting industry. Partnering with Olson Kundig, Think Architecture is a diversified architecture, land planning and construction management services firm based in Utah. Another prominent Utah company, Okland Construction has been selected as the builder and has already begun construction of the Residences.

Located mid-mountain nestled below the commanding Bald Mountain, you’ll find the secluded Silver Lake Village – a model for a true ski-in/out alpine village with walkability to dining, shopping and skiing. Silver Lake Village is home to the award-winning Mariposa restaurant in winter as well as the Royal Street Café, which features al fresco scenic mountain dining in the summer and winter months.
